6. Prices, payment, and invoices
6.1 Pricing

7. Digital content, downloads, and immediate access

7.1 Delivery
Digital content is typically delivered immediately after purchase via:

An email with access details

A member area or portal
7.2 Cooling-off rights and immediate delivery (UK Consumer Contracts)
If you are a consumer (not buying wholly for business purposes), UK law may provide a 14-day cancellation right for certain purchases.
However, for digital content, you agree that:

You request immediate access to the digital content, and

We begin supplying the digital content immediately, and

You acknowledge that you may lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply begins
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once supply has begun.
7.3 Refunds for digital content
Unless required by law, digital content is non-refundable once access has been granted or supply has begun, including where the content is downloadable.
8. Coaching, mentoring, consulting, and strategy services
This section applies to services delivered live (online or in-person) including coaching, mentoring, and consulting.
8.1 Delivery
Services may be delivered via Zoom, phone, messaging (if agreed), or in-person.
8.2 Separate service contracts
Where a separate contract applies (for example a coaching agreement), you agree to the terms of that agreement.
8.3 No refunds once delivery begins
Unless required by law, no refunds are provided once the service has commenced, which includes any of the following:

A live session has taken place
-
Strategy or consulting work has been delivered
-
Time has been reserved for you and you do not attend
-
Written or voice-note feedback, reviews, or support has been delivered
-
Messaging support has begun (where included)
Any partial refunds are entirely at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
8.4 Rescheduling and missed sessions
Rescheduling rules: Sessions must be rescheduled with at least [48] hours notice, otherwise the session is forfeited.
9. Website, Kajabi, Wix, and email setup services
This section applies to project-based implementation services including website builds, platform configuration, email programmes, funnels, and related deliverables.
9.1 Scope and client responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide timely access, content, approvals, and feedback
-
Ensure you have the rights to provide any content (images, copy, logos)
-
Review all work before publishing
Delays in providing content, approvals, or access may delay delivery timelines.
9.2 Project timelines and client delays
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
-
Project timelines assume reasonable cooperation from you
-
If you delay the project by failing to provide content, approvals, or access, you agree that:
-
Our time and work completed remains payable
-
Payment obligations are not suspended by your delay
-
We may pause the project and schedule your work into the next available production window
-
9.3 Milestones and payment
Your fees are due according to the agreed milestones and/or payment schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website, platform, and implementation projects are billed as follows:
-
Deposit: 60% due upfront to reserve the project and begin work.
This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. -
Mid-project invoice: 30% due upon delivery of the agreed project phase, which may include (but is not limited to) website structure, wireframes, design concepts, platform setup, strategic layout, or content framework.

Pre-launch or handover invoice: 10% due before any of the following occur:
-
site launch support or go-live actions are performed
-
final files, assets, or credentials are handed over
-
the website, platform, or system is transferred to your account
-
final revisions or post-build support is provided
-
Client delays and project pauses
You acknowledge that project timelines depend on your timely provision of content, feedback, approvals, and access.
Delays caused by you do not suspend payment obligations.
Work completed up to the point of delay remains payable.
If a project is paused due to lack of client input for more than 21 days, we reserve the right to:

invoice for work completed to date, and/or
-
reschedule the project into the next available production window.
9.4 Go-live, publishing, and responsibility
You understand that:

You may have admin access to your website/platform during the project
-
If you publish, alter, or launch the website yourself before the final payment is made, then:
-
we are not responsible for any issues arising from your changes
-
any remaining balance remains payable
-
post-launch support may be paused until payment is received
-
9.5 Legal pages and compliance responsibility
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide legal advice or legal compliance services.
You remain responsible for:

Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and refund policies
-
Privacy Policy and Cookie Compliance
-
Any claims made on your website or marketing materials
-
Regulatory compliance relevant to your business
10. Access to client systems and data protection positioning
To deliver services, you may provide us access to your systems (for example Wix, Kajabi, hosting, email platforms, analytics, or other tools).
10.1 Your responsibility
You confirm you have authority to grant access and that you will:

Remove access when no longer required
-
Maintain your own backups where appropriate
-
Use secure passwords and enable 2-factor authentication where possible
10.2 Our role
Where we process personal data on your behalf to provide services, we act as a service provider and generally as a data processor, and you remain the data controller for your business.
We will take reasonable steps to protect information we access as part of providing services.
11. AI-assisted services
We may use AI tools to support parts of delivery (for example drafting copy, ideation, formatting, or summarising content).
You understand and agree that:

AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any copy or content before publishing

We do not provide legal or compliance advice through AI or otherwise
12. Subscriptions and memberships
Where we offer subscriptions or memberships:

Access is provided for the subscription period only

Billing may recur monthly, quarterly, or annually as stated at checkout

You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided

Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partially used periods
13. Workshops and events (online and in-person)
13.1 Booking
Event bookings are binding once purchased.
13.2 Online events
Access links are personal and must not be shared.
13.3 In-person events
You are responsible for travel, accommodation, and attendance.
13.4 Refunds and cancellations
Unless stated otherwise on the event sales page:

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either:

a rescheduled date, or
-
a refund of the event fee (excluding travel costs)

13.5 Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (including illness, venue issues, severe weather, supplier failure, or platform outages).
14. Physical products and bundles
Where we sell physical products:

Returns and refunds for physical goods will be handled in line with UK consumer law where applicable

If a purchase includes digital content, the digital portion is non-refundable once accessed or supplied

For the avoidance of doubt, services are deemed to have commenced when any of the following occur (whichever happens first):

A live session, call, or meeting takes place

Strategic, consulting, or implementation work begins

Website structure, design, platform setup, or planning is delivered

Copywriting, review, feedback, or AI-assisted content support is provided

Time is reserved for you and you do not attend or engage

Messaging or asynchronous support begins (where included)
Client delays, non-participation, or failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals do not create any entitlement to a refund.
15.3 Digital products and digital content
Unless required by law, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or supply has begun.
This includes (without limitation):

Pre-recorded programmes
-
Downloads
-
Online portals or libraries
-
Digital components of bundled offers
Where applicable, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content you request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory cancellation right once supply begins.
15.4 Subscriptions and memberships
For subscriptions and memberships:

You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided

Cancellation applies to future billing periods only

No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, unless required by law
15.5 Events and workshops
Unless otherwise stated on the event sales page:

Event bookings are non-refundable

No refunds are provided for non-attendance

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of the event fee (excluding travel or accommodation costs)
15.6 Physical products
Where physical products are sold:

15.7 Discretionary refunds
